This 5 days HACCP training is designed for people in the food industry desiring to understand and be trained in the HACCP system for safe food. This course will be presented in a manner that will serve participants from the food supply chain.

  • 4 hours open examination. Passing the exams qualifies the candidate for Cognicert HACCP Lead Assessor (CPD Certificate)
  • Practical experience of 25 days with activity log qualifies participants for our Cognicert HACCP Lead Assessor (Auditor Category) I.D Card and Certificate
  • Practical experience of 50 days with activity log qualifies participants for our Cognicert HACCP Lead Assessor (Lead Auditor Category) I.D Card and Certificate
