Course Overview

This course equips professionals with the advanced knowledge and auditing skills required to lead and manage external audits of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. It prepares participants to perform first, second, and third-party audits and to contribute to continuous organizational improvement.

Assessment and Qualification:

1 hour and 30 Minutes open book examination. Passing the exams qualifies the candidate for Cognicert ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Accredited Certificate,
Learning is assessed through: Tutor-led discussions, exercises, workshops and role-plays, learners will gain sufficient knowledge and skills in the entire auditing process and get prepared as a QMS professional.
