Course Overview
The ISO 30415 Lead Auditor Course equips participants with the knowledge and skills required to plan, conduct, report, and follow up audits of a Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Management System in accordance with ISO 30415.
ISO 30415 provides guidance on embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) into organizational culture, governance, leadership, and HR processes. This course focuses on how to evaluate the effectiveness, compliance, and maturity of such systems.
