This 5 days HACCP training is designed for people in the food industry desiring to understand and be trained in the HACCP system for safe food.   • Practical experience of 50 days with activity log qualifies participants for our Cognicert HACCP Lead Assessor (Lead Auditor Category) I.D Card and Certificate
