Cognicert advances safer and more sustainable workplaces through UK summit and environmental training

The company’s 2026 programme connects psychological safety, responsible leadership and practical environmental competence.

LONDON, United Kingdom — Cognicert Limited is bringing workplace wellbeing and environmental responsibility into a broader professional-development programme designed to help organisations turn responsible intentions into practical action.

The programme includes the planned UK Workplace Psychological Safety Launch in Coventry and a portfolio of professional courses covering environmental management, greenhouse-gas reporting, water efficiency, energy management, lifecycle assessment and the circular economy.

Moving psychological safety from awareness to prevention

The UK Workplace Psychological Safety Launch is planned for Friday, 9 October 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Coventry. Under the theme “Healthy minds. Safer workplaces,” it will bring together business leaders, HR professionals, health-and-safety practitioners, occupational-health specialists, researchers, charities and professional networks.

“Psychological safety should move beyond awareness campaigns into the way organisations identify risk, lead people and measure improvement.”

John Aderibigbe, Convener and Director, Business Development, Cognicert Limited

Professor Craig Jackson, Professor of Occupational Health Psychology at Birmingham City University, is confirmed to deliver a practical keynote in an independent professional capacity. The programme is expected to include an ISO 45003 practical briefing, employer-led discussions and the proposed 10,000 Safer Minds campaign.

The event remains in its partnership, venue and speaker-confirmation stage. Programme details may change as written confirmations are completed.

Building environmental competence

Cognicert offers 22 courses within its Sustainability and Environment category for professionals and organisations seeking to strengthen environmental performance, resource efficiency and sustainability-management capability.

Subject areas include ISO 14001 environmental management, greenhouse-gas management under ISO 14064, product carbon footprints under ISO 14067, lifecycle assessment, water-footprint assessment, water efficiency, energy management, material-flow cost accounting, sustainable communities, circular-economy implementation and chemical management.

Selected courses are available through online and self-study delivery, with scheduled 2026 training dates. Formats, fees, assessments and deadlines vary by programme and should be confirmed on the relevant course page.

Responsible performance requires practical systems

Psychological safety and environmental management involve different risks and professional disciplines, but both depend on responsible leadership, competent people, reliable evidence, appropriate controls and continual improvement.

By supporting capability in both areas, Cognicert aims to help professionals contribute to workplaces that are safer for people, more responsible in their use of resources and better prepared for changing stakeholder expectations.
