We use identity, contact, organisation, booking, payment-reference, preference and course-participation information. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Cognicert.
Website and Chelsea enquiries
When you use Chelsea or a website enquiry form, Cognicert records the details and message you provide so an authorised team member can respond. Chelsea uses an AI service to help prepare responses, while account credentials remain protected.
How this helps us serve you
We use your information to answer questions, manage bookings and payments, provide course access, support your learning, maintain our services and keep an accurate record of your choices.
Who can access it
Access is limited to authorised Cognicert team members and service providers who need the information to deliver the service you requested. We do not sell your personal information.
Marketing choices
Course news and offers are optional and separate from enrolment. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we record the date and status of your choice so we can respect it.
Testimonials
Testimonials are published only after separate written permission and evidence checks. You can withdraw permission for future use by emailing privacy@cognicert.com.
