Booking and payment
A booking is accepted when Cognicert confirms it. Prices are recalculated from Cognicert’s current server records before checkout. Payment is confirmed only after the payment provider reports a successful transaction.
Learner responsibilities
You must provide accurate booking information, meet any stated entry requirements, protect your access credentials and comply with course and examination rules.
Course access and changes
Joining or access instructions are sent to the email used for enrolment. Cognicert may make reasonable changes to tutors, delivery arrangements or materials while preserving the course’s substance.
Cancellation and transfer
The Refund, Cancellation and Transfer Policy forms part of these terms. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Certificates
Successful candidates receive a uniquely numbered certificate which can be checked through Cognicert’s public certificate-verification service. A certificate does not imply certification by an unrelated third-party body.
