Booking and payment
Your booking is confirmed when Cognicert sends a confirmation. The current course fee and everything included are shown before checkout. Payment is complete when your payment provider confirms it.

What we ask from learners
Please provide accurate booking information, meet any stated entry requirements, keep your access details secure and follow course and examination instructions. Treat tutors and fellow learners with courtesy so everyone can participate in a respectful learning environment.
Course access and changes
Self-study access begins on demand when you choose immediate access. Live-course dates and the next available examination date are shown separately. Cognicert may make reasonable changes to tutors, delivery arrangements or materials while preserving the substance and learning outcomes of the programme.
Cancellations and transfers
Our Refund, Cancellation and Transfer Policy explains the choices available for live courses and on-demand self-study. Contact us early and we will help you identify the best option.
Certificates
Successful candidates receive a uniquely numbered certificate that can be checked through Cognicert’s public certificate-verification service. The course page explains the assessment and recognition included with each programme.
